Staci shares how her own experience building her family through surrogacy ultimately inspired her to launch Family Source Consultants nearly 20 years ago. Without a formal business background, she learned entrepreneurship by doing it: staying consistent, navigating challenges, building a team, and refusing to give up when things became difficult.

But Staci's story didn't stop with one successful company.

After building a team she trusted and learning to work on her company rather than constantly in it, she found herself with the freedom to follow another idea. That idea eventually became She Decides, a podcast, jewelry collection, and lifestyle brand centered around women choosing the lives they actually want.

Andrea and Staci also get candid about parts of entrepreneurship that aren't discussed nearly enough: what happens when friends or family don't understand your ambition, why women can carry enormous guilt around prioritizing their work, and how perfectionism and control can make delegation much harder than it needs to be.

They explore why courage often has to come before confidence, how hiring people who are better than you at certain things can completely change a business, and why success doesn't have to look the same for everyone.

Because creating a life on your own terms isn't necessarily about choosing between ambition, family, freedom, purpose, or joy.
